Practice is here! We have started! The season has begun! But
are you ready to practice? Is your ball pumped up? Are you arriving
on time? Are you focused and ready to learn?
How does the way you approach practice affect your ability to
improve as a soccer player? Are you challenging yourself and your
teammates?

This is the time to start getting it right; practice habits make all
the difference!
What's happening at JUSC, JSC & USC?
As we scramble to take care of the last minute details our
players, coaches and parents are excited at the prospect
of a new season. We have new players, new teams and new
experiences ahead- what will this season bring?
This summer the JUSC coaching were fortunate to be invited
to volunteer at the Special Olympics Soccer Event. We
refereed the games and spent a wonderful day meeting the
soccer players and coaches. Here is a picture of Shedzy
and me hanging out with the Urbandale TOPS program! We are
looking forward to helping out again next year!
