TRYOUTS FOR 2009-2010 COMPETITIVE TEAMS

Players can register for the try-outs by completing the JUSC Try-Out Registration Form. See our brochure Front and Back for complete details.

Mail the completed form with the advance registration try-out fee of $25.00. Walk-ins are welcome. After May 23th the fee is $30.00. T-shirt included. A schedule for each age group is posted on the JUSC calendar from June 2nd through June 17th.

• All Boys´ sessions will be held at the Johnston Soccer Complex (4301 NW 66th St., Johnston, IA, 50131)
• All Girls´ sessions will be held at the Urbandale Soccer Complex (104th & Meredith Dr., Urbandale, IA, 50322)
• Age groups refer to the level players will be playing at for the 2009-2010 season.
• A player´s age group corresponds to their age as of August 1, 2009.
  (For example U11 players for the 2009-2010 season will have a birth date between August 1, 1998-July 31, 1999)
• Players that are 9 or 10 years old as of August 1, 2009 are eligible for placement on U11 teams for the upcoming season.
• Players interested in playing at an older age group for the upcoming season should attend one session in their own age group and at least one session with the older group.
• Players not able to attend one of the scheduled tryouts for their age group should contact Matty Smith (515-491-3476) or John Sheridan (515-238-8706) for alternative sessions.
