Fall 2020 Soccer Registration by Johnston Urbandale Soccer Club

And we are finally here, soccer is slowly getting back in our lives, thank god! As announced yesterday, the registration platform has changed to Demosphere! (see below how to claim your existing account) Here are a few pointers:

Claim Your Existing Account! If you did not claim your account yet, see below how to claim your existing account as your first step.

Pause & Continue: If for any reason you need to stop your registration before being done, Demosphere allows for a restart from the same spot at any time!

Registration Step 1.2, New to Demosphere registration is “family” account named by Household name. Under My Household” if you are returning member, you are assigned the household name based on primary account holder last name. Admin/Primary account holder can change this going forward, but we recommend keeping the last name as your Household name.

Registration Step 2.1 - IDENTIFY PARTICIPANT, if you are returning JUSC member, make sure you use existing player profiles. If you have a new child/participant, select “Create New Member”, same goes for second parent/Guardian.

Registration Step 2.3 returning member must use “Select Existing Member” ***Parent 1 and Parent 2 will be given admin login access to this household with a valid email address

Registration Step 2.4 - REGISTRATION FORM, enter school info and review Club Policies. Optional/Special requests, including they Play-Up requests are now part of Step 2.4 (Special requests are taken but are not guaranteed. IMPORTANT: You may request up to 1 teammate or 1 parent coach)

Financial Assistance: Optionally, as part of seasonal player registration step 2.4, you now may Apply for Financial Assistance. To be considered for financial assistance, parent/guardian are required to: Complete the Financial Assistance Application, and Submit Income Verification Documentation.

Claim Your Existing Account!

Hello, Iowa Soccer recently has switched the registration platform from Stack Sports to Demosphere! This is an exciting and improved system in which Your Account Information has already been Imported/transferred Into Demosphere, you just need to create a new login password! Please review below before attempting to claim your account:

  • Account Admin: Both parents will have access to the same Household account. No more duplicate accounts :)

  • Age Verified: Returning Players will have their age "verified", no additional steps are required!

  • Household Name: The new system establishes "family" accounts called "Household Accounts". The household account name, in most cases, is the family's last name.

  • Photos: Unfortunately, photos will need to be re-uploaded. All 9U+ (born 2012 and older) must have their photo re-uploaded now or during fall registration.

  • Spring Credits: If you selected "Credit" for the canceled Spring Season Fees, they will automatically be deducted from your future registration during checkout!

  • Step 1: To claim your account, click “Forgot your Password” or copy-paste into your browser: https://juscsoccer.demosphere-secure.com/_registration

  • Step 2: Enter your email address associated with your previous registration account and click “Send Instructions”

  • Step 3: Navigate to your email inbox and find the automated email sent from the registration system.

  • Step 4: Open the automated email and click “Reset Password”

  • Step 5: After clicking “Reset Password” from the automated email (see step 4), the registration system will open and you will be prompted to enter your First Name, Last Name and your new password.

  • Step 6: If another email address exists in the household you will enter the First Name and Last Name to associate to that email.

  • Step 7: Once your password is reset, you are now able to proceed with registering your child for any program offered by JUSC!
