Select
Sporting Iowa, a partnership between JUSC and the West Des Moines Soccer Club (WDMSC), implements our select soccer program. The select soccer program exposes 11U-19U players to quality training and playing environments to grow their mental, physical, tactical and technical capabilities and help them realize their full potential. Select soccer is for players who have a strong technical foundation, are motivated to develop their soccer abilities to the highest level possible, and have made soccer a priority. It focuses on long-term player development under the guidance and care of qualified and experienced professional coaches.

When
Team placement is based on player ability using a tryout and bid process in June of every year.
11U-15U (8th Grade) activities span the late summer, fall, winter and spring.
15U-19U (High School) activities span the late summer, fall and winter.
Where
Training and home games are held in Des Moines metro (soon at the new Sports Complex in Grimes)
Games and events are held at various local, state, regional and national venues.
